In order to help us maintain a relaxed and intimate atmosphere
we ask that all guests try to refrain from bringing spouses,
family, friends, or other guests to their appointments.
In addition, salons are not always a safe place for children
or babies. Please do not bring them with you to your appointment.
Please be on time, we pride ourselves on punctuality. Our
schedule is designed to permit the correct amount of time
needed to complete your service. If you are late, every
effort will be made to accommodate you, however, we will
not start your service until we have taken the next guest
who has arrived on time for his/her appointment.
Unless advanced preparations are made, all services and
products must be paid for at the time of purchase.
To avoid a service charge, please call us a minimum of 24
hours in advance should a cancellation be necessary.
Cash or credit cards are required with new clients. We are
happy to accept checks from established guests for the amount
of purchase. Gratuities are appreciated; boxes are available
at the desk and can be left with the spa coordinator.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage
to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
Please keep all valuables with you. Coat racks are provided
for your garments during services. We ask that you wear
a smock provided for your protection.
